Outlook Introduction/Intermediate (all versions)The skills and knowledge covered in this course will provide the user to use Microsoft Outlook to manage e-mail, schedule appointments, and keep track of contact Information It assumes the user has little or no prior knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to: - start Outlook and navigate around the various features
- create and send e-mail messages
- receive e-mails into your Inbox
- work with the calendar feature in Outlook
- schedule appointments and events in your calendar
- add, edit and delete contacts and contact details
- create a to do list using the Tasks feature of Outlook
- access and use the help system and work safely with your computer.
Outlook Advanced (all versions)The skills and knowledge covered in this course will enable the user to use some of the more advanced aspects of Microsoft Outlook including organising email messages, restricting junk email, scheduling meetings, creating and managing task requests, and the like. It assumes the user has some prior knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to: - format email messages and use special features to control how emails work
- organise and locate your email messages
- take control of unsolicited and unwanted emails sent to you
- schedule meeting using Microsoft Outlook
- a number of tools and features in Outlook to better manage the contacts in your contact listing
- create and work with task requests.
